iAURORA - Navigator Femtoseond Laser

Navigator is an industrial-grade femtosecond fiber laser optimized for spectroscopic applications. Navigator has a laser pulse width of less than 300fs and a repetition frequency of up to 1MHz. It is equipped with a standard industrial-grade frequency double/triple frequency module and can output 1030nm/515nm/343nm laser, which can be used as a steady-state fluorescence spectrum, transient fluorescence spectrum, Excitation light sources of various spectra such as transient absorption spectroscopy. Use Navigator with our iAURORA series of femtosecond/nanosecond transient absorption spectroscopy systems for the best experience.

Industrial Grade Long-Term Stability

The performance of light source directly determines the quality of the spectroscopic experiment. As an industrial-grade laser specifically designed for spectroscopy applications, Navigator will assist your research with excellent long-term stability.

Designed Specifically For "Pump Probe" Applications

Navigator-P2 is a version designed specifically for various pump-probe applications. Different from the traditional single output port design, Navigator-P2 has two independent laser outputs. The laser output of the first output port (port A) is modulated by a high-frequency Acoustic-Optical Modulator (AOM). The laser output state can be controlled by the computer. With just a few keystrokes, you can easily create various customized pump-on/pump-off states without the need for a separate optical shutter or optical chopper. While saving costs, Navigator-P2 accurately outputs the current pump status for you through a dedicated interface, which can be used directly as a trigger signal. If you think our standard iAURORA system cannot meet your unique needs, you can also choose our Navigator-P2 and ADL series automated optical delay lines to build your own experimental equipment.

Customizable Design

Navigator can be fully customized to your requirements. For example, based on the Navigator-P2, ScioTech offers you a version with three independent outputs that can be independently modulated for a common pump-push-probe study. Alternatively, if you require shorter laser pulses for studying ultrafast processes, custom pulse compression is also available.
